Rice Vinegar

Rice vinegar is the traditional vinegar of the Far East. It is made from rice or from rice wine, which is called sake. Since ancient times, the most famous rice wines have come from Shaoxing in the Zheijang province.

Rice vinegar should be stored at room temperature, preferably out of the light.
