Well, it is about time to head home, but we should at least discuss what used to be known as Pluto. It is a very far distance away, so we will just look for it outside of the windows as we head back to Earth.
As everyone knows by now, Pluto is no longer a planet, it is classified as a dwarf planet. It is known as this because it is not perfectly round and it does have some debris floating around in its' orbit. And due to it being so far away, we will not know for at least another 9 years (when the first satellite reaches it) what exactly it looks like and if it does classify as a planet. It is named after Hades, the King of the Underworld and is a brother to Neptune and Jupiter.
What we do know about Pluto is that it is somewhere around 2,390 Km (1,485 miles) in diameter and is a distance of 2.75 to 4.5 billion miles away from the Sun and can be closer to the Sun than Neptune at times. It can be somewhere around -387 to -369 degrees Fahrenheit, spinning backwards with a day lasting about 6.4 Earth days and a full year lasting about 248 Earth years . It is also known to have about 3 moons.
Hold on tight, we are now coming back into Earth's atmosphere and we will be landing soon...............
Here we are, back on Earth, safe and sound. You can now kiss the ground and thank whoever you would like to thank for your safe trip. I hope you had fun and that this trip has interested you where you would like to research this information more. Good luck and Farewell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
