This is my philosophy, the general foundation from which I live my life, both privately and professionally.

I believe that above all else the relationships built with those people that we interact with are the determinant for our own personal success.  Success being defined for me as the happiness I have and share with the important people in my life.  Success in the business or sport worlds are invariably linked to the chemistry with the group or team that is working together.  Good chemistry is created by strong relationships, an easily processed interdependency making the whole stronger than any one single part.  It is my belief that victory and business success are byproducts of good chemistry.

There can be many stars, but only one team.  If the team is not strong, the stars mean nothing.  If the team is strong, everyone is a star.

In order to build a strong team, you must be willing to do what is required.  To open yourself to those who make up your team, to become vulnerable.  You must also be willing to exclude those who are not capable of doing the same.  Communicate and hold nothing back.  Being true to yourself, working hard and allowing yourself the opportunity to earn acceptance paves the way for others to follow.  Those who do are part of your team.  Together you will be successful in whatever it is you endeavor to achieve.
