The coffee produced in the African region, which includes the Arabian Peninsula, has chocolate and fruit flavors and intense aromas.

Areas that produce coffee in the African region include Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, India, and Zimbabwe.

Yemen was where coffee was first cultivated. Yemen does not use chemicals in its coffee production. Names that this coffee is marked under include Mattari and Sanani.

Ethiopia is the original birthplace of the arabica tree.

Kenya produces Estate Kenya coffee, which is one of the finest coffees in the world.

Coffee produced in Uganda is robusta and is used for instant coffee.
