Vanilla Iced Coffee

6 cups cold coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cream

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Add sugar to taste.
3. Serve in tall glasses with lots of ice.
   

Cappuccino

1/3 cup expresso
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
1 teaspoon chocolate or vanilla powder

1. Add the expresso to a large cup.
2. Steam and froth the milk.
3. Pour the steamed milk onto the expresso, holding back the froth with a spoon.
4. Add the froth.
5. Sprinkle toppings.
   

Cafe au Lait

2/3 cup of brewed coffee
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chocolate powder

1. Steam the milk.
2. Pour the brewed coffee in a large cup.
3. Add the milk to the coffee to create a layer of foam on top.
4. Sprinkle the cinnamon and chocolate on the foam.
