Introducion to Reflective Learning Learning through learning to Teach This cartoon focuses on the concept of scaffolding. A means of building on prior student learning. Scaffolding leverages the students' prior learning by linking prior learning to current content. It is important to have continuity of content so that learners understand the why as well as the what. This cartoon utilizes math as the content knowledge example. It shows calculus following logically from trigonometry, geometry, and algebra.
