Business to Consumer (B2C) is the most common type of e-commerce. In B2C, a business sells goods or services to consumers for their personal use or consumption. Many brick-and-mortar retail establishments have an online presence where consumers can purchase goods. E-commerce has also changed the availability of travel services. Instead of booking through a travel agent, hotel and airline bookings can be made easily online using websites. Examples include Target.com or Orbitz.com.
