CFC Substitutes

• Proposing as substitutes HCFC’s (hydrochlorofluorocarbons)

• These are nearly as effective & nontoxic as CFC’s with ODP’s 1/10th to 1/50th CFC-12

• HCFC’s will break-up in troposphere hence the low ODP values
